OpenOffice.org 3.0 Released

OpenOffice.org 3.0 was released today, with the big new features being support for Microsoft Office 2008 documents and a native OS X version that no longer requires X11 to run. Looks like a FANTASTIC release thus far, and of course it's completely open source and free. Why pay more when there's fantastic free software like this available?

they're swamped out right now. their front page only seems to have d/l w/the JRE, if you don't need it maybe this URL:
